Businesses are always looking for new and innovative ways to attract customers and the four major highlights of our appreciation program are: (1) There is no advertising or marketing fee to join our program; (2) We help you reach a historically untapped market; (3) You decide your discount amount; (4) You will make a goodwill statement that the entire community can appreciate, not just our members.

The Basics of our Appreciation Program

Our program works like other discount coupons or books except that our members carry a membership card that would allow them to receive discounts at your business throughout the year. All we ask is that you grant the discount once one of our members visits your establishment, making this a win-win scenario. The discount amount you wish to offer is entirely for you to decide upon as well as any restrictions regarding the use of our membership card at your location(s).

Once you join our program we will add your information (business name, logo, location address, phone number, discount offer plus any restrictions) onto the Discounts part of our web site as well as email all current members located within your geographic area notifying them that your business is now a part of our program.

Our Membership Base

Our program was established exclusively for active and retired:

Educators/Teachers

Fire Fighters

Law Enforcement

Paramedics/ EMT ’s

U.S. Military personnel

We also allow our members to purchase up to three additional membership cards for immediate family members who live within their household (spouse/partner, child, parent) because we realize that our members are not the only ones spending their income.

 

About our Membership Card

Our membership card is similar to a debit/credit card and it was designed to incorporate three main concepts: (1) General information regarding our members as well as rules of use of our card; (2) Ease of use for business partners who prefer to electronically monitor the use of our card; (3) Security features to help limit fraudulent use of our card.

                   General Information
                   The front of our card has general information regarding the                    member (their name, membership number, member since and                    expiration date) while the back of our card has legal disclaimers                    detailing the rules of use of our card at your location.

                    Ease of Use
                    We incorporated a magnetic stripe as well as two different bar                     codes (a code 39 and a code 128) located on the back of our                     card so that your business can electronically approve the                     discount offer as well as track the use of our card at your                     location.

                    Security
                    To help limit fraudulent use of our card we have added                     electronic as well as visual security measures:

 

Electronic: The magnetic stripe has a security code and expiration date                  encoded onto it while the bar codes have expiration dates.

Visual:       There is an expiration date clearly printed on the front of our card                   while the back of our card has a security code printed on it. You                   may validate any membership card presented at your place of                   business to make sure it is in good standing. Simply call us toll                   free at 1-877-SEO-MEMBER (736-6362). You will need the                   members name, membership number (both of these items are                   located on the front of our card) and the security code “SEOSC                   Number” (located on the back of the our card). Once you have                   this information you can quickly and easily determine if the                   member is in good standing.

 

About our Community Partner Sticker

We designed our Community Partner Sticker to have the same general appearance of our membership card so that members could easily recognize that your business is a partner in our program. The sticker is dual sided, with each side being identical, and can be attached to most surfaces including glass, metal and wood. Please place this sticker near an entryway, cash register or any other area that a member may notice it. About the Discount Amount

The discount amount you wish to offer and any restrictions regarding the use of our membership card at your location (not valid on certain holidays, not valid with any other promotions, etc.) is entirely for you to decide upon. Keep in mind that we established our program with the intent that our members would be able to receive discounts at your place of business 365 days a year, so please set your discount amount accordingly. Your discount offer as well as restriction information will be clearly listed on the Discounts part of our web site.

 

In addition, you may modify your discount offer or restrictions at anytime by calling us at 1-877-SEO-MEMBER (736-6362) or by emailing us at Partners Support Team.

 

How to Enroll Your Business

Simply click on the Business Partner button located on the top right of this page or call us toll free at 1-877-SEO-MEMBER (736-6362). You will need in advance specific business information, contact information, location information, discount offer plus restrictions and your web advertisement copy. Also, please send your business logo to Partners Support Team.

 

Please allow 10 business days for us to research and approve your application. Once your business is approved we will send you a Welcome Packet, update the Discounts part of our web site with your business information and email all current members located within your geographic area notifying them that your business has enrolled in our program.
