1. What is the cost of becoming a Member?
A Membership Plan can be purchased for a period of one, two or three years. You may also purchase up to three additional Membership Cards for immediate family members who live within your household (Spouse/Partner, Child or Parent). Each additional Membership Card will automatically be issued for the same length of time as you select for your Membership Card. The following is a breakdown of our enrollment fee:

Cost of your Membership Card:
One-Year = $30
Two-Years = $55 (a $5 savings!)
Three-Years = $80 (a $10 savings!)

Cost of additional Membership Card(s) linked to your account:
        $15 per year, per Membership Card purchased

In addition, we donate a portion of your enrollment fee to the charity or fund of your choice ($5 x the number of Membership Cards purchased x the number of years purchased).

Who is eligible to become a member?
Our program was established exclusively for active and retired: Educators/Teachers, Fire Fighters, Law Enforcement, Paramedics/ EMT ’s and U.S. Military personnel. In addition, you may also link up to three additional membership cards for immediate family members who live within your household (spouse/partner, child or parent) because we realize that you are not the only one spending your income.


3. I carry a “Badge” so why should I become a member?
There are many advantages in becoming a member but the two biggest advantages are privacy and adding additional membership cards for your immediate family members. We established our program with the intent that you would receive discounts both on-duty and off-duty. You no longer need to “flash your badge” or “show up in uniform” in order to receive discounts.

Also, you may purchase additional membership cards for immediate family members (spouse/partner, child or parent) living under your household because we realize that you are not the only one spending your income.

4. I thought there were specific rules and regulations when it comes to offering a City employee (Police Officer or Fire Fighter) a discount?
We are a private company and we offer our members a discount service. Because our members pay for our service we avoid certain rules and regulations that other companies might encounter.

 
5. What areas are you currently in?
We currently do have some business partners who offer nationwide discounts but since we established our program in Denver , CO that is where most of our discounts can be found. Simply visit the Discounts part of our web site to view all the areas we are currently in.


6. I am eligible to become a member but you are not in my area yet?
We currently do have some business partners who offer nationwide discounts and we actively search for business partners who appreciate your dedication and are willing to provide you something in return. Whether it’s a locally owned business or a nationally recognized corporation, you can be assured that we are always pursuing businesses nationwide.

However, we need your help in order to achieve this goal. If there is a business in your area that you would like to see added to our appreciation program, simply call us toll free at 1-877-SEO-MEMBER (736-6362) or email the business’s name, address and phone number to Members Support Team and we’ll contact them.

7. Can I add a membership card for any person I choose?
Unfortunately, we limit our membership cards to include only immediate family members who live in under your household and spend your income (spouse/partner, child or parent). However, certain arrangements can be made if there is someone who lives under your household, spends your income and is not a family member. Simply call us toll free at 1-877-SEO-MEMBER (736-6362) for further information.

 
8. How do I notify you if there is a local business I would like added to the program?
Simply call us toll free at 1-877-SEO-MEMBER (736-6362) or email the business’s name, address and phone number to Members Support Team and we’ll contact them.


9. How often can I use my membership card at the same place of business?
Generally, our membership card is valid 365 days a year at the same place of business. However, each business partner has different restrictions regarding the use of your membership card at their location (not valid on certain holidays, not valid with any other promotions, etc.). Simply visit the Discounts part of our web site for specific information regarding each business partner.


10. Is there a charge to replace a lost, damaged or stolen membership card?
There is a $10 charge to replace a membership card. However, depending on when your membership is up for renewal, it may be in your best interests to lengthen your current membership plan. Please call us toll free at 1-877-SEO-MEMBER (736-6362) for further information.

 
11. What should I do if a business partner does not honor my discount?
Occasionally a business partner may refuse to honor your discount for any number of reasons (a change in ownership or management, a new employee not familiar with our appreciation program, the membership card was not valid for that specific time or day, etc.).

The Discounts part of our web site should reflect all current information for each business partner. If you do notice a discrepancy, please call us toll free at 1-877-SEO-MEMBER (736-6362) or email the business’s name, address and phone number to Member Support Team and we’ll contact them directly in an effort to resolve this issue.


12. What happens if a business partner listed on your web site is no longer in business?
Unfortunately, we have no control over any business partner, their financial situation or the way in which they manage their business. In this case, please call us toll free at 1-877-SEO-MEMBER (736-6362) or email the business’s name, address and phone number to Member Support Team so that we can resolve this issue and adjust our web site accordingly.


13. What happens if I visit a location of a business partner and feel their establishment is below acceptable standards?
We research each business before accepting them into our program. However, we have no control over the way in which they manage their business or the quality of their products and facilities. If you do have a poor experience with one of our business partners, please call us toll free at 1-877-SEO-MEMBER (736-6362) or email the business’s name, address and phone number to Member Support Team along with a detailed summary of the problem so that we can contact the business partner directly in an effort to resolve this issue.
